To move forward and evolve as humans our fears must be challenged, demystified, and dismantled. This is a huge part of the process. We are acceleration so fast these days that every fear in spectrum is raising its head for us to face as wells out from deep within us.

It takes all our courage to face our fears. Allowing it to control you is where you give up more than we feared losing it in the first place. When we allow fear to hinder us from being you we need to be at the authentic levels we are not disclosing who we really are to purselves and to the world. It is like disowning a part of ourselves,

This simple meditation is to bring clarity and move past fear.

Close your eyes,

Identify the fear – What is it?

Get in touch with the fear

What do you experience and notice about the fear?

Give up and let go of resistance. What do you notice now about the fear?

Now open the doors and welcome it in, Pay more attention to how it feels, What does it ask for?

Now open your heart and embrace the fear like a small child, Hold it, embrace it, comfort it. What you want to say to this fear?

What is going to be different? What is possible if you are willing to welcome, embrace and love this fear as a learning and growth opportunity? Make it your friend, Get to know the little voice that reminds you of this fear. By embracing it, you choose your own path! Facing fears reprograms old fears and habits ain the subconscious to hgher better patterns, The triggers will not be there. Emotional charges are cleared! Blessings
